| If its a new place, they are still probably working out the bugs with it. I just see it as with everything else I run into with customer service. Sometimes its great and some days, they might be having a bad day, and it sucks. If I get bad service the first time out, I just take my business else where. Maybe someday, they will get their stuff together. I hate being the guinea pig on some stuff.
