| I would first look into what Web Browser you are using and their settings. Everything looks fine on the server end, so I would expect it could be the web browser setting. You might want to try another browser to see if its the same issue with it. The most commonly used browser are Internet explorer and Mozilla. If you can get any error messages, that will help me with this.
